Bought my 2018 Suzuki GSX S1000F through Wayne in March 23 - basically an online purchase as Im situated in Australia. All questions answered re the bike and plenty of accompanying photos made it an easy purchase as I was not due to actually pick up the bike for an across Canada trip in May. Several minor modifications were all done perfectly. Bike was pristine upon my arrival in Langley and performed beautifully on its 5.5k journey across the country. Left bike on a trickle charger at a friends outside of Toronto - came back in May 24 and after new rubber and a service rode it 6k back across northern US, never missing a beat. Negotiated through Wayne a sale back to Holeshot for a price that I was satisfied with. A totally professional and satisfying experience and treatment by Holeshot. Cannot recommend Wayne and the company highly enough in all of their dealings with me. Helped this Aussies dream ride come to fruition - and all somewhat at arms length. Good on them!!

Dropped by to check out the variety & technology on the bikes, its been a few years since Ive ridden, Spoke with Wayne and was very impressed with the knowledge and experience he had in sales and as a rider.

We swapped a few stories and laughs of what we rode in the past and the differences in technology then and now.

The selection of inventory on the floor was great, just as impressive was the amount of gear to choose from downstairs.

Ended up picking up the CBR650R, I have a place at Mount Baker and looking forward to navigating the road to the top, would recommend this dealership, great to deal with someone that knows the bikes and is a Rider.

Just have to give a massive shout out to Robert in parts/accessories. Hes really helped me out with being straightforward, knowledgeable, accommodating and mostly his no BS, sell-at-all-costs approach. He has been very patient, extremely informative and especially honest in his approach. This is SO RARE these days. I really appreciate his excellent level of attentative service, and even though I stupidly financed a 1000$ gift card from another dealership.. (the other dealership just randomly had the bike I wanted, so I had to).... ill be saving that gift card for parts and service. But... I will be getting my clothing and accessories from Robert at Holeshot. Hes super professional and is a legit rider, not just someone who took a job. If you dont know what I mean, go have a talk with a few salespeople around the different places around town. Youd be surprised how many dont actually even own a motorcycle when you press them a bit, no joke. Wish it was for consumers sake. Thanks Robert, your above and beyond approach and GENUINE love of riding really, really shows through. And I appreciate every bit of it sir. Thanks again.

To keep it short, I am glad that this dealership exists. Really a laid-back environment and a huge collection of motorcycles. 2018 marks my second motorcycle purchase from Holeshot, and there's not a tiny bit of negativity to mention my experience here. I was working with a different Yamaha dealer closer to my home, but kept running into attitude problems and an unwillingness to negotiate a fair deal. I finally gave up, called Holeshot, and was put through to Al, one of the salesmen. What do you want when you are buying anything new? You want someone to treat you respectfully, honestly, fairly, to do what they say they will do and In general, to be helpful. From my first phone call onward I experienced all of the above from sales, plus Al introduced me to the heads of parts, equipment and service and helped me to negotiate the best possible deal with each. I test drove two new bikes, completed all transactions without any unreasonable delays and even got help from the insurance guy to save a lot of money on my optional coverage for my new MT-09. A couple of days later I exchanged some gear with no issues and received the same friendly, professional service.... I was NOT left with a feeling like I was a number after the deal was done. The helmet I ordered is on a 3 - 6 week back order and I had no helmet. I asked if they could loan me a helmet until mine arrived. They didn't just loan me a cheap, used helmet, which is what I had expected, they loaned me a new helmet of the same quality but a different style than the one I had ordered. That was above and beyond the call. I must say that I sincerely recommend Holeshot, know that I go a fair deal and will continue to take my business to them.My only concern is that their service department does not seem to be large enough to handle the volume. It takes about three weeks just to get an appointment for basic service and it took three days to get a callback to set up an appointment.... not good.

I visited Holeshot Motorsports in Langley in February 2015 and was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received in the accessories department. The saleswoman, Teyler, was not only personable and accommodating, but also very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I wound up having to go back a second time for a size exchange (my fault) and once again received a friendly greeting and service not only from Teyler but the rest of the saleswoman in that department. I really couldn't have expected a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend the Holeshot Motorsports accessory department. I would definitely go back there not only for the friendly atmosphere but they do have a good selection of products.

I managed to buy a NC750X and all the accessories in one day with Wayne and the knowledgeable staff downstairs. Great experience!

Just a quick note and a big thank you to the Accessories Dept. I screwed-up reinstalling the lining in my Shoei helmet after putting a communicator. I paid a visit to Holeshot to order new lining pads. Instead, the service person looked at the helmet and after a lot of work was able to snap all the lining back in without me having to purchase new ones. Great service. Thanx.

Another great experience with the staff at Holeshot Motorsports. I had my FZ-07 in for warranty repairs and the job was completed quickly and effectively. My concerns were addressed professionally and kindly, and I always enjoy my visits to this dealership. Lavinia was my advisor for my servicing and she was very pleasant and understanding, I would continue to go back for future work and repairs. Derek in sales sold me my FZ-07 last year and everytime I stop in hes always open for a chat, very honest guy and his work ethnicity is great. thanks again staff at Holeshot.

Great service. From start to finish. I was really impressed with my salesman. He did a great job.

Came in on a Friday and picked out 2 bikes for my husband and I. All the sales people were great, especially Richard and Derek, who spent lots of time with us and answered any questions we had. We were going to come back later the following week to bring our 2 trades in and do the financing but changed our minds and showed up the next day on Saturday. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to fit us in and got our trades evaluated and within a few hours we were on our way home on our new bikes! Thanks to Tammy for getting our financing done as quickly as possible too. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would have no problem at all recommending Holeshot to anyone looking to purchase a new bike. We will certainly be back for any accessories or servicing needs, even though it isnt the closest dealership to us as we live in Richmond. Great place, huge inventory, and incredibly nice people! Holeshot Motorsports is quite an awesome place. The selection is massive. You need it they got it or can order it fast. The people working here are pretty genuine. The level of customer service is more than you'd expect. Every department is knowledgable. The sales staff and finance are great. Never felt any pressure while dealing and ended up buying a quad & dirt bike and got a fair deal. The owner Dan even has time to talk and show you around. Basically this place has it all.
